At Spiceologist by Savorx LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience shipment loss, damaged items or shortage, please report them within 24 hours of receipt. E-mail us at email@example.com
or by using the contact page of our web site, with the following information: Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, order number and a description of the product damage or shortage.
Items that are opened, scratched, altered, blemished, or broken are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.
Custom Designed Orders
Any custom design element added to a stock item is considered to be a custom design order. We do not offer returns on custom design orders (this included custom engraving of the Spiceologist Block).
